MILITIA FUNDING
The art militia is for the most part privately funded. Any physical artwork produced within the militia framework is the property of those individuals or units involved in the production.
Any income generated by the sale of objects or public appearance by individual units, grants or donations should first cover any expenses related to active service(food, uniforms, materials, weapons, transport etc.) on the part of the contributing participants, secondly be reinvested in material upkeep and development of the unit in question .
Any income beyond this should cover pay for all participants for at least the amount of, or cash equivalent of 1/5 troy OZ. pure gold per day of active service or training. or given as donations to other units within the militia.
The staff of the 1.Regiment (Sørland) reserves the right to publish official guidelines, training manuals and documentation. Unofficial products are however encouraged!
