TECHNICAL

Schematics for the S-66 paint cannon and FK-08 paint rocket launcher will be available here soon. These weapons are just examples of what can be made and used for painting, anything that will deliver paint (or any other medium) on a target will do.

Homemade paint weapons are a lot of fun, but they should by no means be regarded as the only way to make art within the militia, the mode of expression is entirely up to each unit and its members.

S-66 (Stegger 66mm)

The S-66 is a field paint gun inspired by the classic spud guns, but uses a black powder charge rather than lighter fluid or gas, with a breech enabling rear loading. The S-66 fires beer and soda cans with a 120 ml. paint load. The S-66 is relatively complex to build, requiring access to steel machining tools and welding equipment. The ammo for the S-66 is however easy to make (beer or soda cans w/paint) but making them fly requires wadding between the propellant charge and the can, if not, the can will simply be punctured by the projected force of the explosion.

FK-08 (Color launcher 08)

The FK-08 (CL-08?) is a six-tube multiple launcher rocket system constructed from ventilation tubes and laminated wood. The FK-08 fires rockets propelled by model rocket engines carrying a paint-filled egg or other fragile "warhead". The launcher itself is relatively easy to construct, but attaining anything resembling precision with handmade rockets is quite challenging. But just like it´s real cousin, the Nebelwerfer, the FK-08 is not intended for target practice, but rather for saturating a target area with missiles.
